According to research firm Euroconstruct, residential construction in Europe is set to grow by 5.2% iekšā 2021. In the first half of the year, the German construction valve industry as a whole saw a 14% increase in sales. Domestic sales in Germany grew by 13% and international business by 15%.

Within the individual categories, bathroom fittings grow at a slightly slower pace, with total sales up by 7% compared to the same period last year. Sales in Germany were up by 6% and international business by 9%.

In heating accessories, overall sales increased by 28%. The domestic business grew by 24% and international business by 36%.

It is worth noting that German exports of building accessories totaled €1.7 billion in the first half of the year, uz augšu 15.6% year-on-year and back to pre-epidemic levels.
