瑞典家居裝修巨頭 BHG 收購 HYMA
Swedish home improvement e-commerce group BHG Group AB said on Wednesday evening that they had agreed to acquire HYMA Skog & Tradgard AB for SEK 1.6 十億 ($193.6 百萬). The French Kramer Group announced on 4 June that they have formally acquired Jacob Delafon’s sanitary ceramics plant in Damparis, 法國, from the Kohler Group. The agreement will take effect from 1 七月.
