Kazakhstan is aiming to supply the market with local building materials, according to Kazakhstan Today. By 2025, Kazakhstan will invest more than 1 trillion tenges (14.7 mil millones yuanes) to implement 165 new construction industry projects. This includes flat glass, losa, Artículos sanitarios, facades, insulation materials and more. The share of imports is expected to fall from 42% Utia'al 27% by 2025.
Kazakhstan’s sovereign wealth fund Samruk-Kazyna and Samruk-Kazyna Construction are currently investing in the construction of 23 Múuch' meyajo'ob., including joint investments with existing building materials companies. The total cost of the projects is 395 mil millones tenges (RMB 5.8 mil millones), of which the share of Samruk-Kazyna Construction Company is 10%, approximately 40 mil millones tenges (RMB 600 millón). The project will be implemented over the period 2022-2024.

An Italian company is said to be investing in the construction of the first sanitary ceramics factory, which could provide 280 jobs. It is reported that the first sanitary ceramics factory in Kazakhstan will invest around 61 mil millones tenges (RMB 900 millón) and can produce 570,000 pieces per year.
The other four projects include a tile factory with an investment of approximately 25 mil millones tenges (RMB 400 millón) and a capacity of 3 million square meters per year.
