Moen Bathroom Parent Company Acquires 1 British Smart Shower Bathroom Company For $160 Million

On Aug. 1, Moen Bathroom parent company FBHS Group (Monuu motolo kautaha fotunga ʻapi & Security Inc. NYSE:FBHS) announced that it has acquired a leading British shower products manufacturer, Aqualisa Holdings Ltd.

The company said the group completed the acquisition on July 29 for approximately $160 miliona.
