Romanian building materials holding ROCA Industry, a subsidiary of Roca Group, said on Monday it had acquired local wire products maker Dial for more than 11 miliona euros ($10.73 miliona).

The deal could add as much as 3 miliona euros, depending on certain performance indicators, ROCA Industry said in a press release.

Earlier this month, ROCA Industry announced the merger by absorbing subsidiaries Sarcom and Colorock13.
