On October 11, 2023, a “World Ceramic Sanitaryware Top 100 (2022 Fiscal Year) Release Conference” was held in Foshan, hosted by Taocheng Daily. Li Xinliang, the Chief Editor of Taocheng Daily and General Manager of Foshan Tan Zhou Ceramic Expo, announced several significant rankings, including the “World Ceramic Sanitaryware Top 100 Enterprises,” a “Top 30 Global Tile Companies,” a “Top 30 Global Sanitaryware Companies,” és a “Top 30 Global Tile Production Companies.” The event also featured analysis on growing enterprises, global production regions, and the latest trends in the world of ceramic tiles.
The statistical objects of the “Top 100 Global Ceramic and Bathroom Enterprises” ranking include global ceramic companies, bathroom companies, and ceramic equipment and materials companies.
The ranking is mainly based on 2022 fiscal year data, such as corporate revenue, production volume, and production capacity, following the principles of objectivity, fairness, scientific rigor.
The data sources mainly consist of four aspects: publicly available data from listed companies, official data disclosed by enterprises, self-reported data from companies, and data verified through investigations and interviews by expert teams.
Additionally, considering that some large ceramic and bathroom enterprises lack support from the aforementioned data sources, and in accordance with strict statistical principles, we have compiled a “List of Focused Enterprises”.
Now let’s take a look at the “Top 30 Global Bathroom Enterprises” list, which primarily focuses on businesses related to bathroom products and is compiled based on the names of the companies’ parent organizations, with non-bathroom-related data excluded (the complete list and data can be found in the following text).
According to the “Top 30 Global Bathroom Enterprises” list, several Chinese bathroom companies made it onto the list, including Arrow, Chenlin, Luda, Songlin, Jianlin, Repülési, Seagull, Ruit, Dongpeng Integrated Bathroom, and Hecheng, accounting for approximately one-third of the list.
If we include bathroom companies without publicly available data, this proportion may be even larger.
azonban, it is worth noting that in the top ten of the “Top 30 Global Bathroom Enterprises,” nine are foreign companies, with only one being a Chinese company. Ezért, the proportion of Chinese companies in the top ten is relatively low.
