Moen Bathroom Parent Company Acquires 1 British Smart Shower Bathroom Company For $160 milyon

On Aug. 1, Moen Bathroom parent company FBHS Group (Fortune Brands Home & Security Inc. NYSE:FBHS) announced that it has acquired a leading British shower products manufacturer, Aqualisa Holdings Ltd.
